Abstract

The work seeks to find alternatives to a state public law practice that minimizes the problems faced and leads an administration to establish defensible, efficient and less costly legal contracts for the public coffers. It was used as a method of research analysis, legal and jurisprudential analysis, an end to active activities consistent with good public administration and the proper handling of judicial proceedings.
