Brazilian fundamental rights do not appear in a concentrated form, but rather scattered throughout the text of the 1988 Federal Constitution and beyond. The extension of these rights can best be seen through the notion of constitutionality block. The article systematizes the breadth of fundamental rights within the bloc in contemporary Brazil, enabling a greater possibility of adequate use of the mentioned citizenship protection rules.
