Abstract

In this sense, the article will seek to explain the importance of the applicability of fundamental rights, especially in the horizontal perspective of analysis, since this theme stands out as one of the main fruits, of supine relevance, in today's democratic paradigm and the phenomenon of Civil-Constitutional Law.
