Abstract

Our Society is living with Covid-19 to its fullest extension and in discomforts. This work is divided into three challenges to face the budgetary and financial issues of health, due to the scarcity of resources, having as a driving force the principle of transparency, arising from morality, in the only way of solving what we are now facing and what is still it's to come.
