Decree nº 47.442. Research, development and innovation. João Pinheiro Foundation.Abstract
Currently, investment in technologies is considered an advance and an indication of favoring the innovation process, which is already seen as an economic development strategy worldwide, including in the state of Minas Gerais, in Brazil. However, investments are still not enough, and there is a need to propose new solutions for improvements and refinement of research in technological development and innovations. As long as there are limitations in this sector, the country tends to have its development capacity restricted, being prevented from growing even more in the area of development and innovation.
